There are two ways you can provide your verification documents.
Uploading your documents to the website through your account. This will also show you the status of the review of your verification documents.
When logged in select the menu option on the right hand side.
Select 'My account' then
'Profile' and then
'Verification'
You can upload front and back images of the document
Acceptable image types are:
PNG; PDF; JPG; JPEG; BMP and GIF
You can also send your documents via email to [email protected]
Ensure that all attachments are clear and meet the requested format and specifications to avoid delays in processing.
