Any documents provided must be Photographs, PDF's or Scanned Images - We do not accept screenshots of ID or Proof of Address documents.
Documents we accept for verification of Proof Of Identity (POI):
Passport
Driving Licence (Full and Provisional) Front + Back Image Required - Helpful hint - A valid Driving Licence covers for both identity and address checks in one go
ID Documents must be in date and NOT expired.
Documents we accept for verification of address (Proof of Address):
To verify your address, you must provide a full size (corner to corner) photographed or scanned copy of your proof of address. The submitted document must clearly display your name and full address and include a statement/billing date from the last three months. The following documents are accepted:
Valid Driving License (Front and Back)
Utility Bill (No Mobile Phone Bills)
Electric/Gas/Water Bill
Council Tax Statement from current financial year
Letter from HMRC
Any Official Government Correspondence (E.g. HMRC, Electoral Register etc)
Please ensure the images are clear and full size to prevent delays with the verification of your account.
The Pools may require additional documents at anytime in line with regulatory requirements.
