Documents we accept for verification of address (Proof of Address):
To verify your address, you must provide a full size (corner to corner) photographed or scanned copy of your proof of address. The submitted document must clearly display your name and full address and include a statement/billing date from the last three months. The following documents are accepted:
A Letter from your bank or equivalent financial institution
The first page of a statement from your bank, which clearly shows your name and address (not pre-paid card statements)
Electric/Gas/Water Bill
Council Tax Bill
Letter from HMRC
Please ensure the images are clear and full size to prevent delays with the verification of your account.
The Pools may require additional documents at anytime in line with regulatory requirements.
