When selecting 'Log in' on the Pools Website

  • Select 'Reset Password', below the login button.

  • Enter your email address and select 'submit'

  • Please ensure you use the email address that is registered with The Pools and matches exactly.

You will receive an email to your email address containing a password reset link.

Click this link to update your password.

Please note there can be small delays in receiving this password reset link. Please allow up to 20 minutes for this to be received.

  • Please check your junk/spam email folders before contacting our Customer Service Team.

  • The link is available for 30 minutes, if not actioned within this timeframe, you will need to request another password reset link and follow the above process
