What’s Changing?
From 31 October 2025, all UK-licensed online gambling companies must now remind customers to review their account and transaction history at least every six months. This is part of a wider set of rules to help you stay in control of your gambling activity and make informed decisions.
You’ll also be able to set more frequent reminders if you prefer, giving you greater flexibility and control over how often you check in on your spending and activity.
Why This Matters
Regularly reviewing your account and transaction history helps you:
- Understand how much you’re spending 
- Spot any patterns in your gambling behaviour 
- Decide if you want to adjust your deposit limits or take a break 
These reminders are designed to support responsible gambling and give you the tools to stay in control.
How It Works
You’ll receive a notification or prompt every six months (or more often, if you choose) encouraging you to:
- Review your transaction history 
- Consider whether you want to make any changes 
Customising Your Reminders
Want to check in more often? You can:
- Select “Set a Limit” from the top of the website 
- Click “Periodic Account Review” 
- Choose how often you’d like to be reminded (e.g. 1 Month, 3 months) 
You’re in control, and you can change your preferences at any time.
