When logged in:
Go to 'My Account'
Select 'Gambling Controls'
Then select 'Time out'
Here you can choose how long you would like to take a short break from using your account.
The time out options available are:
24 hours
7 days
1 Month
6 weeks
Once the time out period has ended your account will automatically re-open, when logging back in.
