When logged in:

  • Go to your account in the menu option in the top right hand corner of the website.

  • Select 'My Account'

  • Select 'Gambling Controls'

  • Here you can choose how long you would like to stop using your account- Once you choose to self-exclude, your account will become inaccessible during the exclusion period.

The self-exclude options available are:

  • 6 months

  • 1 year (12 months)

  • 2 years (24 months)

  • 3 years (36 months)

  • 5 years (60 months)

  • Indefinitely - This option means you will be unable to reactivate your account.- Permanent exclusion is a definitive measure and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Following this request, there will be a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before your account can be reactivated.
