Before you raise the issue with us please consider the following:
Was the bet placed using a free bet? If so please be aware the stake is not returned to a winning bet.
Has there been a Rule4 deduction? You can check various results websites for details of non-runners.
Did you place the correct bet? Is it possible you placed a different bet to what you thought, you can check on the bet description in 'My Bets' when on the Sports page.
If after checking these you still believe the bet to have been settled incorrectly then please contact us. We will be able to forward the details to our settlements team and adjust your balance accordingly.
