Your account may become dormant if you don’t use it for 365 days.
- If you do not deposit, withdraw or place any sports bet, casino wager or Jackpot membership on your account for a period of 365 consecutive days, your account will be considered dormant.
- This means that even if you log in during that period but do not deposit, withdraw or place any sports bet, casino wager or Membership, it would still be considered dormant.
- If your account has a balance, we will inform you in writing that your account has become dormant. If your account has become dormant and you wish to reactivate it, you will need to login and withdraw your balance or place a transaction on the account.
If your account is classified as "Inactive" (due to no activity for a defined period), an Inactive Account Fee may be charged monthly.
- You’ll receive at least 30 days' notice via email before this fee starts, giving you time to log in and place a bet to avoid the charge.
- Each inactive account you hold is treated separately for fee application. If the fee causes your account to have a negative balance, the balance will be set to zero. However, if you later use the account and request reimbursement, you may be refunded up to £30 of the fees deducted.
