Full job description

We are looking to recruit a Full Time Customer Services Agent (35.5 hours per week) to deliver an exceptional experience for our players across all channels (calls, chat, email, back office).

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a betting environment – you know the game and speak the language.

  • A solid understanding of sports and casino products – your insights help players feel at home.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Confidence with Word, Excel, and general IT knowledge – plus bonus points if you’ve used Intercom or MaxContact.

You must be flexible with your hours of work, as this role will be 35.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift pattern.

Pay: £23,488.00 per year
