I am having technical difficulties, what do I do?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, in the 1st instance, please attempt to fully close the website or app to test and see if the problem persists.

If the problem is still there, we recommend the following:

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Trying another browser. e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox

  • Clearing your cache, browser history or cookies.- Access your browser's settings and find an option labeled "Clear browsing data."

  • Select cache and cookies options, then clear the data.

  • Close and relaunch your browser after clearing the data.

  • Checking for updates on your device or browser.- Ensure your browser is up-to-date; this resolves compatibility issues with modern websites.- Disable active browser extensions temporarily, as these extensions can sometimes conflict with website functionalities.

If you need to 'Contact Us' about technical difficulties, please provide the following which will allow us to better support you:

  • Details of the problem you are experiencing.

  • Screenshots of the problem (wherever possible)

  • The type of device you are using. e.g. mobile, desktop computer.

  • The type of browser you are using. e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
