I am having technical difficulties, what do I do?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, in the 1st instance, please attempt to fully close the website or app to test and see if the problem persists.

If the problem is still there, we recommend the following:

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Trying another browser. e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox

  • Clearing your cache, browser history or cookies.

  • Checking for updates on your device or browser.

If you need to 'Contact Us' about technical difficulties, please provide the following which will allow us to better support you:

  • Details of the problem you are experiencing.

  • Screenshots of the problem (wherever possible)

  • The type of device you are using. e.g. mobile, desktop computer.

  • The type of browser you are using. e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
