Once logged into your account, ensure you navigate to the Sportsbook by selecting the Sports section at the top navigation bar on The Pools website.
Add your selections to the bet slip: Ensure they meet the minimum odds required (e.g., 1.5 or greater). (If your free bet is for specific sport, you will need to add a selection from this Sport for the free bet to show on your bet slip)
Within the bet slip, toggle the "Free Bet" option. - if this does not display, please check the selection meets the criteria for using the free bet.
Toggle "Use Freebet?" to on and select the relevant free bet.
Select "Place Bet" at the bottom of your bet slip to confirm.
Remember that free bets must be used in full on a single selection, and partial usage is not allowed.
Eligibility and Qualification Criteria
To qualify for free bets, ensure you register through eligible channels and make a qualifying bet that meets specified conditions, such as minimum odds or participating timeframes.
Free bets are available exclusively for the Sportsbook and cannot be applied to other products like Casino games.
Please note: Free Bet winnings do not include the value of the free bet stake itself. Free bets may also have expiration dates or restrictions on markets and sports they can be used on. Always review the offer’s terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
Additionally, ensure that the odds for your selection are greater than 1.5 (1/2) as stated in the Terms & Conditions to use the free bet.
